Zynga was experiencing high levels of calls from users who were losing farm cash, poker chips and game assets to scammers and phishers. Camp Creative was brought in to create a narrative that would entertain, educate and change user behavior.
Using Zynga Farmville characters, we created an animated video that introduced the “Play it Safe” Academy. In 90 seconds, users learned tips and strategies to counter the security issues.
Security complaints at Zynga call centers were reduced by almost 18%, increasing customer satisfaction metrics and reducing case costs in the call center.
